Ernie, the third of seven boys, was raised in rural central Wisconsin. He learned the importance and value of hard work by laboring on dairy farms and construction. “Do it right or don’t do it” was a family motto. Ernie always was one to make things happen. Whether building his own bike from old bike parts and even his first car in the same fashion, he understands the value of your money. Working hard and being you partner is second-nature to him.

The CCIM institute, Chicago, confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation through an extensive curriculum of 20 classroom hours in addition to professional experiential requirements. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and from a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America, Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. There are currently 9,500 CCIM designees, with and equal number of professionals pursuing the designation.
